Bearer of the Scythe 6

Grim:
Are you daft, mon? There’s no way I can give up the scythe, especially not in YOUR hands! Great, just kid around with me like you always do, why dont’cha?

Mandy:
I’m not kidding. All you have to give me is your scythe and you’re free to go.

Grim:
Nothing doing, Mandy.

     Mandy frowns and is getting more than a little ticked the way things aren’t going smoothly as she planned it. But she was expecting something like this and went on with her backup plan.

Mandy:
Then how about I challenge you for it? If I win, I get the scythe.

Grim: (smiling sarcastically at Mandy)
And what’s in it for me, hmm?

Mandy:
If you win, you get your freedom, and you get me.

Grim: (puzzled and a little interested)
What do you mean?

Mandy:
That’s right, you’d be free, and you get to take me along, to do with as you please.

     Grim suddenly stops and ponders about Mandy’s offer. Here’s his chance to finally be set free AND get back at this little tyrant for everything she’s ever done to him. The thought of sweet revenge and freedom greatly appeals to him and he smiles at the thought. But after reminding himself that losing the scythe to Mandy definitely means the greatest of consequences, and clearly outweighs the benefits he can gain from the deal, he straightens up and drops the whole thing. He flatly refuses once more.

Mandy:
Tsk… Wimp.

Grim:
Sticks and stones, Mandy. No deal, no how.

Mandy:
Wimpy.

Grim:
…

Mandy:
Ooh, the great scary Grim reaper, reduced to a wimpy slave by two little kids. If you didn’t see it for yourself, you’d say he has no backbone!

Grim: (getting annoyed)

Mandy: (singing to eennsy-weensy spider)
The wimpy-wimpy reaper went up from the undead.
He met two kids and got in over his head.
Now he’s a slave, and he works for me and him
And this wimpy-wimpy reaper, you know, his name is Grim.

     Being reminded of his cruel fate with Billy and Mandy, Grim’s anger starts to build up. He starts gritting his teeth at Mandy’s taunts. Finally, he is overcome by rage and he turns to face her.
